Lee Bay - Construction Snapshot: August 2025
The summer has brought strong progress across Lee Bay, with both the coastal houses and apartments moving forward at pace. Exteriors are taking shape, interiors are advancing, and utility connections have been completed, ensuring the development remains well prepared for the next stages. With scaffolding coming down and elevations revealed, the character of this unique coastal community is becoming increasingly clear.
Houses’ interiors and finishes are progressing
The first homes are now at an advanced stage, with kitchens installed, flooring laid, and decoration underway. External works, including paving and stone detailing, are progressing well, framing the homes within their coastal setting. Further plots are following closely, with internal finishes advancing steadily, giving real momentum across this phase.
Apartments’ structures advancing, with detailing underway
The apartments at Lee Bay are also progressing, with staircases completed, external blockwork advancing, and scaffolding to the elevations moving forward. Internally, plant areas are being decorated and prepared for services, while key infrastructure, including drainage and service connections, has now been installed. These milestones ensure the wider scheme is well positioned for the next stage of build and landscaping.
