Nestled in the picturesque coastal surroundings of Lee, near Ilfracombe, our Lee Bay development continues to take shape. Despite the unpredictable British weather, construction has continued to progress, making steady progress on this exceptional project. We are excited to share the latest updates with you!
Building Foundations
Over the past few weeks, we’ve made significant strides across multiple areas of the site. Our groundworks team completed important concrete work on Plot 1’s external staircase, setting the stage for the next phases of construction. Plot 4 is also on schedule, with the first-floor decking already complete. For the new apartments, deep excavations have been completed, and concrete foundations are now well underway. It’s the first major step in creating modern, high-quality living spaces that will offer stunning views and a tranquil coastal lifestyle.
Overcoming Challenges
While the rain did force a few changes to our work schedule, our adaptable team quickly adjusted plans to keep the project on track. We’re proud to report that despite these challenges, we maintained momentum, ensuring no full days were lost to the weather.

We believe in keeping our impact on the surrounding community as minimal as possible. Our health and safety measures remain a top priority, with pedestrian barriers installed and safe walkways created to ensure everyone’s well-being.

Our team will continue construction across all the houses and apartments, including pouring concrete and preparing for the next stages of building.
