Green Park - Construction Snapshot: October 2025
Progress continues at Green Park, with works moving steadily across multiple phases. The show home is complete, and early plots near the entrance are moving through internal checks and final trades. Further up the site, structural activity remains the focus, with brickwork, scaffold, and roof preparation underway.
Internal works on the first homes
Plot 1 is now finished, and Plot 2 is undergoing final snagging, with a de-snag (a follow-up inspection) scheduled for late October to ensure the home is fully ready for handover. Plots 3, 4, and 5 are progressing through internal works, such as plumbing, electrics, and plaster preparation. Of those, Plots 4 and 5 are also nearing snagging stage, following earlier mechanical and electrical tests. These homes are helping to establish the front of the development as work progresses further into the site.
Structural works further up the site
Further into the site, the next phase of homes is taking shape. Roof trusses are now in place or ready to go on Plots 6, 10, and 11, while brickwork is steadily rising across Plots 12 to 14 with scaffolding in place. Plot 14 has also reached its block-and-beam stage, creating a solid base before the walls go up. At the rear of the development, groundwork continues on Plots 15 to 17, setting the stage for the next row of homes to come out of the ground.
