At our recent launch event, the original landowner returned to view the Show Home and left impressed. With two homes already reserved, Green Park is fast becoming one of Chillington’s most talked-about new addresses.

Green Park Takes Shape

We’re pleased to share the latest updates from Green Park in Chillington, a carefully planned collection of new homes in South Hams.

Momentum continues to build across the site. Plot 1 is now complete, with others progressing well through key stages including final fix, boarding, roofing and brickwork. Flat roof works have now begun across several plots, and the substation is scheduled to complete this week.

Interest remains strong from buyers seeking well-designed homes with both countryside and coastal access.

Our Marketing Suite and Show Home at Green Park are now open. A recent launch event welcomed a strong turnout of local residents and interested buyers.

Inside the Green Park Show Home: Thoughtfully styled interiors, spacious layouts, and a calming palette reflect the development’s countryside setting.

Among the guests was the original landowner, who shared their reasons for choosing Acorn. They valued our commitment to the landscape and its wildlife, and were pleased with the way the development has taken shape. Their feedback, like that of many attendees, was extremely positive.
