Fairford Green Update - May 2025
Progress is moving at pace across Fairford Green, with visible strides being made across the first two phases of the scheme. The best part? This development is still open for investment.
Phase 1: New Homes Taking Shape
Construction across Phase 1 is picking up speed. The first plots are now fully unwrapped, with scaffolding down and internal works well underway. Several homes have completed roofing, while others are advancing through plumbing, joist installation, and internal screeds. Solar PV installation has also started, marking a key milestone as we edge closer to full build-out.
Phase 2: Coln House Conversion
Refurbishment works at Coln House continue to progress smoothly. The roof coverings are now complete, stonework is moving ahead, and utilities have been disconnected as planned. Internal reconfiguration is ongoing, laying the groundwork for the next stage of transformation.
On my regular visits to this wonderful development I always witness positive progress. The team’s proud of the pace they are keeping whilst ensuring Health and Safety and Quality is kept to the highest standards and the project is shaping up to be something really special.
Sales Activity
We had a lovely launch event on 10th May, welcoming over 30 visitors through the doors. Plot 3 has already been reserved, and the sales team are now working on securing further early reservations through our Assisted Move scheme. The feedback so far has been extremely positive, and we’re excited to now welcome visitors to our brand-new Marketing Suite.
