The doors are open

Last month marked a significant moment for Tempus, with the opening of the Sales Suite drawing strong attendance from prospective buyers. Interest across the weekend was considerable, with visitors exploring the suite and getting their first look at the bespoke specification planned for the apartments. The response reflects the appetite for a development of this calibre in Caerleon.

Inside the marketing Suite

The Marketing Suite itself demonstrates the quality of finish planned across the development, giving visitors a tangible sense of what to expect from the completed apartments. Set within the restored caretaker's house, the suite features period windows and a considered interior, providing an appropriate first impression of a conversion scheme of this character.

Main building advancing

Inside the principal Grade II listed building, drylining of the internal walls is now underway, marking the transition from enabling and clearance works into active fit-out. The floor plates, stripped back and cleared in earlier phases, are now beginning to take on the layout of the future apartments. The scale and character of the building, with its generous ceiling heights and original features, remains fully apparent as the work progresses.

Plant room and M&E under way

In the basement, mechanical and electrical installation is progressing in the plant room, with main boilers and water tanks now commenced. This shared infrastructure is a key milestone in the building's conversion, underpinning the services that will run throughout the completed apartments. With M&E active at basement level and drylining progressing above, the building is moving through its phases in a logical sequence.
