Sales Suite taking shape
The Sales Suite is progressing well. Internal drainage is complete, floors have been levelled and relaid, and a new staircase is now installed. Stud walls are in place and mechanical and electrical works are underway, with completion expected imminently. Once M&E is signed off, the team will close up and move into tape and joint, bringing the suite close to a finished internal shell.
Internal render stripped back across the main building, exposing original stonework and structural columns ahead of drylining.
Main building: drainage complete, M&E begins
Inside the main building, all internal drainage works are now complete, with external drainage close behind. Render has been stripped from the internal walls throughout the building, clearing the way for drylining, which is due to commence shortly. In the basement, preparation works are finished and mechanical and electrical installation has begun in the plant room, a significant step forward for the building's core infrastructure.
The main building is opening up as preparatory works complete, with cleared floor plates and retained period features becoming visible throughout.
