Tempus At Parc y Coleg - Construction Snapshot: September 2025
Progress continues at pace in Caerleon, where the transformation of this historic structure is well underway. The site has moved through key enabling and clearance stages, laying a strong foundation for the phases to come. Both internal and external works are progressing well with early preparations already in place for future marketing activity.

Internal clearance and protection works complete
The soft strip across the first and second floors is now fully complete, with non-structural materials removed and demolition works wrapped up on both levels. Protection measures have been implemented across the ground floor and staircases, securing the structure ahead of fit-out. In the basement, asbestos removal has been safely completed, clearing the way for the plant room installation in due course. Now clear, it's easy to see how special these apartments will be with wonderfully high ceilings, characterful sash windows and far reaching views.

Progress on the houses
Externally, the slab, oil bund, and ramp in front of the caretaker’s house have been removed, opening up the site frontage. Works have also begun on the new bay window for the Marketing Suite, which will help form a welcoming arrival point for visitors. As the project moves ahead, internal builder’s work will soon commence, including wall openings, stairwell formation, and service route preparation. A sales launch is planned for the new year.
