The Build
Roof trusses are installed on Plots 1 and 2, with Plots 8 and 9 close behind. Plots 3 to 7 are progressing steadily toward roof level. As the frames rise across each plot, the Mews is beginning to read as a coherent street rather than a series of individual construction stages. Plot 10 is the most advanced unit on site, now in its final stages and approaching handover. It represents the first completed home at Hensol Grove and a tangible demonstration of the finished product.
Blockwork walls rise to first-floor scaffold as roof trusses go up, tracking the shell from foundation to roofline.
The Road and Setting
The road has been tarmacked to base course, which does more to establish the character of a development at this stage than almost any other single milestone. Combined with the retaining walls resolved, drainage complete and services connected, the site infrastructure is in good order. The development is beginning to present itself as a settled, coherent place rather than an active construction site.
Trusses close in the roofline while the exterior render, terrace, and kitchen fit-out mark the shift from structure to finishing.
Looking Ahead and Updated Timelines
The structural progress across the Mews plots puts the development in a strong position heading into the second half of the year. Construction is currently programmed to complete in March 2027, with all units anticipated to be sold in May 2027, reflecting the scale and ambition of what is being delivered here. The foundations, literally and figuratively, are in good shape.
