Sanitary ware and flooring
Mechanical second fix is advancing through the upper apartments, with sanitary ware installed in apartments 11, 12 and 13, and baths and shower trays fitted in apartments 1, 9 and 10 ahead of tiling. Hard flooring has been installed in apartment 6, with plantroom floors completed across apartments 9, 10 and 11.
The apartment block takes shape against the North Devon coastline, with external works in their final stages.
Electrical works and internal finishing
Electrical works have recommenced in apartment 2, with snagging carried out across several plots in preparation for tiling teams. Drylining remedial works are progressing through apartments 1, 2 and 9, with tiling due to commence in apartments 1, 9 and 11.

External works
Ducting for the external lighting infrastructure is underway on the south elevation, with groundworks teams progressing railings and gates across the houses. The final section of the main roof is approaching completion, which will allow the remaining waterproofing works to conclude. Stonework above the arched lintel on the west elevation is due to recommence.

Looking Ahead and Updated Timelines
Progress across the apartment block and the wider site puts Lee Bay on course for its final stages. Construction is programmed to complete in December 2026, with units anticipated to be sold in September 2027, reflecting the considered pace at which this distinctive coastal development is being brought to completion.
