Early plots nearing handover
Plots 1 to 3 are now complete. Plots 4 and 5 are moving through final snagging, the last stage before handover, bringing the first five homes on the development within close reach of completion. This early cluster remains the most advanced part of the site and continues to set the pace for the phases behind it.

Roofing and internal fit-out advancing
Plot 6 is progressing through roof works, adding to the run of completed roofs across the earlier plots. Plot 7 has reached 80% plastering, a significant step toward internal fit-out, while mist coating is underway at plot 8 ahead of second fix trades. Plot 9 is advancing on two fronts at once, with first fix carpentry proceeding internally alongside flat roof works externally, reflecting the layered nature of progress across this stretch of the site.
Further down the site, the elevations are rising steadily with some plots already reaching roof truss stage.
Structural works across mid and later plots
Further along, plots 10 and 11 have reached roof truss stage, marking their transition from wall-height structure toward a completed roofline. Plot 12 is at wall plate, the point at which the roof structure begins to take shape. Plots 13 and 14 have reached 40% brickwork, with elevations rising steadily. At the far end of the site, plots 15 to 17 have completed their foundations and progressed through block and beam, establishing the ground floor structure ahead of brickwork.
