Green Park Update - February 2026

Construction at Green Park continues to advance across the 17-home scheme. The first homes have now been delivered, while later plots are progressing through structural and internal stages, with activity visible across the full breadth of the site.

Early homes complete, later plots advancing

Plots 1, 2 and 3 are now complete. Plots 4 and 5 are moving through their final inspection and finishing stages ahead of handover, firmly establishing the front of the development.

Roofing and internal works progressing

Across the mid-phase plots, progress is steady. Roof tiling is due to commence on Plot 6, Plot 7 is largely plastered internally, and Plot 8 has entered decoration. Carpentry works are underway on Plot 9 alongside flat roof construction. Roof trusses are being installed on Plot 10, with Plot 11 to follow, and Plot 12 has reached wall plate level in preparation for its roof structure.

Structural progress across later plots

Brickwork continues on Plots 13 and 14, while foundations and block and beam flooring have been completed on Plots 15, 16 and 17. This stage forms the structural base of each home and marks the point at which these plots begin their vertical build.

Exteriors across Plots 2 to 5 are now complete, while Plots 15 to 17 have finished their foundations and are prepared for brickwork to begin.
