Green Park Update - February 2026
Early homes complete, later plots advancing
Construction continues to progress well across the first phase of homes at Green Park Chillington. Plots 2 and 3 were completed at the end of 2025, with keys handed over to new residents. An open day was recently held for plots 4 and 5, resulting in plot 4 being successfully reserved. The first five homes on the development are now nearing full build completion.

Roofing and internal works progressing
Momentum is being maintained across the mid-phase plots. Flat roof works are underway on plot 6, mist coating is progressing in plots 7 and 8, and underfloor heating installation is being completed on plot 9. A Muddy Boots event is being hosted in March, giving prospective buyers an early opportunity to view plot 9, the first of the Fairview house types to become available for viewing.
Structural progress across later plots
Roof works continue across plots 10 to 12. Plots 13 and 14 have reached first floor joist stage, while plots 15 to 17 are now at slab stage. Overall, the development continues to advance steadily, with strong build progress and encouraging sales activity across the phase.
Exteriors across Plots 2 to 5 are now complete, while Plots 15 to 17 have finished their foundations and are prepared for brickwork to begin.
