The Close at Cross Farm - Construction Snapshot: February 2026

Development Complete

Construction at The Close at Cross Farm has now concluded across all nine homes, marking a significant milestone for the scheme. The site, including landscaping, access routes and boundary treatments, is fully formed and ready for occupation.

Five homes are now occupied, and feedback from new residents has been positive, reflecting the quality of finish and the overall setting of the development.

Carefully designed to fit in with the village, The Close features traditional homes with a contemporary twist, offering open plan living design, and a focus on energy efficiency

Focus on the Remaining Homes

With the build phase complete, focus is now centred on the remaining four homes. We are currently engaged with a number of prospective purchasers, several of whom are progressing the sale of their existing properties.

The benefit of a completed development is clear. Purchasers can view and assess the finished homes and wider environment in full, which provides clarity and confidence as discussions move forward.

Each home has an air source heat pump, solar PV panels, high performance window systems and an EV charging point.
