St. Leonards Quarter Update - September 2025

It’s been a busy summer at St. Leonards Quarter, with progress continuing across multiple fronts. From structural milestones to internal fit-out works and handovers, the development is progressing to the next phase. The site remains active and productive, with good coordination helping to drive results across all sections in Phase 1 and the wider site.

A striking transformation at St. Leonards Quarter

The interactive before-and-after slider below highlights the scale of change taking place across the site. Where once there were early groundwork preparations, we’re now seeing fully formed homes, defined streetscapes, and detailed elevations taking shape.

This transformation reflects the commitment of our build teams and underlines the quality of construction being delivered across this complex, multi-plot development.

Momentum in the final homes of Phase 1

A number of plots are now far advanced with handovers and sales inspections recently finalised for the latest batch of finished homes. Plot 146 has had its final clean, including communal areas. In the Central Courts, plots 90 to 100 have seen steady progress through second fix carpentry, tiling, flooring, and external finishes. We are now over 85% sold in East Court, with just four properties remaining. With all townhouses in this release now reserved and 32 homes occupied, the new community is really starting to take shape.

Block A on Phase 2 now stands at full height with scaffold nearing removal, while foundations and masonry rise steadily across the rest of the site bringing the wider vision of St. Leonards Quarter into view.

Phase 2: Strong progress on structure and masonry

Work continues at pace across the superstructure, with masonry now complete to the parapet of Block A and scaffolding lifted to roof level on Plots 104 to 106. Block A is also seeing the final removal of scaffold from the third floor, revealing more of the external detailing. Meanwhile, masonry has advanced on multiple plots, with roof carpentry works progressing on Plot 144 and wall construction moving ahead on Plots 101 to 103 and Plot 116.

Masonry work on the main apartment in block A is now at full height, with scaffolding supporting final structural touches before removal begins.

Landscaping and kerbs shaping the public realm

Attention has also turned to external works across the site. Edging and landscaping are underway behind Plots 90 to 100, while the walkways and retaining walls between Plots 127 to 132 are being finalised. Terrace areas for garages at Plots 90 and 91 have now been made watertight, helping define the boundary between public and private space. These works are beginning to shape the look and feel of the wider development.

In Phase 2, walls are rising plot by plot, with scaffolding now in place to support the next lift.

Site coordination delivering steady results

Recent deliveries have kept pace with requirements, including new insulation for the Block A roof and further materials for brickwork. The team remains focused on opening up new areas of the site, while steadily advancing both structural and internal works.

Phase 1 is now in its advanced stages, with many homes already occupied.

What’s to come

In the coming weeks, more scaffold will come down as Block A progresses, revealing further detail and definition across the site. Internal works will continue across Plots 90 to 100. Additional brick deliveries are expected to support progress on Block B. Week by week, St. Leonards Quarter is continuing to take shape.
