St. Leonards Quarter - Construction Snapshot: October 2025

At St. Leonards Quarter, there’s visible progress across multiple areas of the site. From early homes now moving through finishing works to structural activity across mid-site plots and apartment blocks, the development remains active and well-sequenced as we head into the final months of the year.

Steady Progress on Houses Across the Site

Second fix works are advancing on several houses in the first release, with joinery, plaster prep, and follow-up finishes underway. Rear garden fencing has been installed across Plots 90 to 100, with turf now laid to Plots 90 and 91. Elsewhere, scaffold is in place to support ongoing masonry on Plots 107 to 110, and first floor joists are progressing across Plots 136 and 137. Roof structures are also moving forward, with works now underway on Plot 117.

Plots 127–132 are progressing through their foundation stages, while completed homes can be seen opposite, showing the full range of activity across the site.

Apartment Blocks A and B Advancing Above Ground

In Block A, insulation and roofing are progressing, and windows are being installed as internal mechanical and electrical works continue. Structural openings are being formed to support service layouts. Meanwhile, Block B has reached its third lift of brickwork, with scaffold coordination ongoing to support the next phases. Landscaping, drainage, and internal trades will remain key focus areas through the weeks ahead.

In Blocks A and B, the two northernmost apartment buildings, external brickwork is taking shape while insulation, roofing, and internal service installations progress across both structures.
