Finishing works taking centre stage
Work at Rolle Gardens is now focused on final internal and external preparations. With the site compound cleared back and shared areas organised, the heavy construction phase has largely concluded. The development is moving toward full readiness for occupation and viewing, reflecting a mature stage of delivery.
The final homes are set within the historic Eldin House and feature exceptionally retained Gothic architectural details throughout.
Careful attention to heritage and detail
Within the building, attention has shifted to finishes and preservation. Original flooring has been cleaned and repaired where required, maintaining the character of the listed structure while enhancing overall quality. Across multiple apartments, flooring installation and decorative works continue, marking steady progress through the final fit-out phase.
