Longcroft at Cubis Bruton - Construction Snapshot: March 2026
Longcroft at Cubis Bruton is the final phase of the wider Cubis Bruton development, bringing twenty-eight 3 and 4-bedroom houses to a natural amphitheatre setting on the edge of Bruton. Progress across the site continues on multiple fronts.

Plots Advancing Toward Completion
Render is now complete on Plot 29 and scaffolding is coming down. Plots 20 to 24 are now watertight, with the next phase of works being prepared across all five. The courtyard shared by Plots 16, 17 and 18 has been finished as well.

Sales Momentum Building
Plot 19 was dressed as a Show Home and reserved quickly. Plot 20 has since been reserved. Sales focus is now on Plots 21, 35 and 38, with Plot 35 next in line to be dressed as the new Show Home and presented to buyers.
