Groundworks and Structural Elements Moving at Pace
Plot 10 has now reached full height and is prepared to receive its roof structure. Elsewhere, foundations across all Mews plots have been completed, and the reinforced concrete retaining wall is in place. Waterproofing of the wall is nearly finished, with backfilling underway. Internally, drainage works are progressing across Plots 1 to 3, ahead of slab installation.
Structural blockwork and floor beams are now in place, giving clear definition to the layout of this future home.
Foundation & Retaining Walls
Externally, work has commenced on the main drain runs, helping prepare the wider site for further construction and services installation. Slab installation for the early plots is expected to follow, allowing continued progress across the Mews.
The backfilling against the 3 metre retaining wall has commenced, so work can continue at pace
