Final homes nearing completion
Bucklands Place has reached the closing stages of delivery, with the main site complete across Plots 1 to 13. This represents a key milestone for the development and reflects steady progression toward full completion in Nailsea. Current activity is focused on internal fit-out works to Plots 14 and 17, where finishing trades are active. Plots 15 and 16 will follow, bringing the remaining homes through to completion in sequence. These final plots maintain the same specification delivered across the scheme, including integrated solar panels, energy-efficient systems and EV charging infrastructure.
With solar panels, a highly efficient combi-boiler and smart heating, Bucklands Place has been designed with energy-efficiency at its core.
