The project has been in the making since planning permission was first granted to TQ9 Partnership LLP, a limited partnership owned by three local families, in 2010. Acorn was brought into the project in late 2020 to deliver TQ9’s vision for a bespoke, high-quality and sustainable mixed-use development that will benefit the local community for generations to come.
