Lee Bay - Construction Snapshot: November 2025
At Lee Bay, construction continues to move forward across both the apartments and houses. Recent activity has brought fresh momentum to roofing, finishes, landscaping, and key technical systems, all contributing to the final stages of this standout coastal development. The scheme is evolving visibly each week, with progress now evident across multiple plots.

Roofing, finishes and fit-outs across plots
Work across Plots 1 to 4 continues at varying stages. Plot 1 is undergoing final decoration and flooring reinstatement, while Plot 2 is progressing through decoration, kitchen fitting and commissioning works. Plot 3 is also in an advanced stage, with kitchen fitting underway and mechanical commissioning ongoing. Plot 4 has completed its commissioning phase and has been serving as the Show Home of Lee Bay for a few weeks. Meanwhile, remedial work is also being carried out on certain plots to ensure quality standards remain high throughout. On the apartment side, structural timber elements such as fascia frameworks and roof valleys are advancing, alongside the main roof tiling and insulation works.

Apartment roofline and site-wide activity
Across the apartment buildings, the main roof structure continues to take shape, with tiling progressing along the front and rear elevations. Electrical teams are focused on installing cable trays, baskets and ductwork, while internal insulation is being fitted beneath the rafters. Around the site, scaffolding is being adapted to support ongoing roofing tasks, and groundwork continues on both sides of the stream. With decorative work underway and commissioning tasks active in multiple areas, the development remains in a productive phase leading into winter.
